Secure Fermentation and Heating

The fermentation barrel is convenient to use. A unidirectional exhaust valve releases gases produced during fermentation, reducing internal pressure. The thickened stainless steel bottom is compatible with various heating methods like wood fire and gas stoves. The temperature gauge on the lid displays Celsius and Fahrenheit temperatures, facilitating temperature monitoring during distillation.

Copper Coil Cooling

The cooling and distillation process uses copper tube with good thermal conductivity for efficient cooling.
