Melt some old candles in a double boiler and pour the melted wax (carefully!) into a small jar with the wick in the center. Additionally, there are small feet attached to the wicks; these are made of aluminum and are approximately 7.5 mm wide. The full burn time of the wicks is between 30 and 50 hours, so there is plenty of time to keep the candles burning.
