Description
6061-T6 ALUMINUM- The belt grinder wheel is constructed with durable aluminum material, warp-proof, rust-proof, and corrosion-proof for long-term usage. It is durable and stable, ensuring smooth working.
5" DRIVE WHEEL- 5" drive wheel is CNC machined with a 5/8 inch bore. Bore is equipped with a 3/16 inch keyway. The wheel is 2.4 inch/61 mm wide. The surface is truly crowned to ensure the belt won't jump off the wheel.
4" TRACKING & 2" IDLER WHEEL- The 4" tracking wheel is 4" in diameter and 2.4" wide. The 2" idler wheels are 2" in diameter and 2.4" wide. 3 x heavy duty 7/16 inch (12mm) bearings fitted back to back in each wheel for max bearings life. There is a spacer between the bearings to relieve over-tightening.
EASY INSTALLATION- This belt grinder wheel set is easy to carry and use with small and lightweight features. The 7/16 inch (12mm) bearings can easily be replaced when worn. Stalling this wheel on machines is no fatigue.
