?-There are two rows of two molle loop on the back
?-Front exterior:? loop field for patches.
?-The MOLLE pouch has 3 compartments with spacious pockets and strong elastic loops for 1st aid supplies and medical instruments
?-The back has 2 nylon D rings for additional attachment points.
?-The fold out zippered mesh compartment can store small suppliers (Note: avoid sharp instrument, like shear)
?-The back compartment with a Hook&loop strap, 2 nylon D rings for additional attachment points and 2 pockets to secure large items
?-There is also a small Hook&loop strap on the top to keep the compartment closed in the case of a zipper failure.It also contains a large outside strap with buckle that cinches down to compress the pouch even further.
