For PC/Laptop users: Simply install the Scan tool Net.
For Android users: Download the "Torque Lite/Pro" app from
Google Play store. Please install and pair the Bluetooth device
with your cellphone, and start your application. It can not work
with LEAF because LEAF comes with interface restriction
